New Marketing Landscape: Ikea on Facebook
So Ikea had this great idea of promoting a new shop in Malmö. They used a technology on Facebook which all the users were already familiar to. They gave away free stuff and the community on Facebook spread the word.
Typically a Social Media Marketing Campaign. I love it!

Review: ReTweets on Twitter.
So the new feature for retweeting is almost live for everyone. I would like to share my opinion about this topic.
First of all I feel it's annoying you can't edit the message before retweeting. I know it's really just meant for people to "forward" the original message, but there is still no easy way of "respond" to tweets. If you want to respond to a tweet which is not the most recent tweet of this person. You can't just say you liked his tweet. Or you'd have to copy-paste his tweet (what will mean you have less characters to type).
I geuss a sollution to this would be a "retweet" for reactions (which will be visible below the original message). And a "forwardtweet" for forwarding messages just like the retweeting is done right now.
My second vision:
You will see unknown people (who you are not following) in your timeline, when a person (who you are following) retweeted his message. I feel this is a good way of expanding your follow-list. It's sort of a "recommendation" functionality: Someone who you are following thinks the tweet is interesting for you and tells you. Maybe you can follow this person too.
I feel the retweeting function is good, but is actually a forward-tweet function instead of a retweet function.
