With this update you should be able to use Twitter, Facebook, Last.fm and Zune on your Xbox360. Also their should come an "Inside Xbox News & More" section.

A movie in standard definition will cost around 330 Points
A movie in high definition will cost around 490 Points
Older movies are mostly only available in standard definition and will cost around 240 Points - You can create a Party with friends:
This way you can all watch a movie together... at your own house - There are Independent movie channels:
GamerTV (not avaiable yet)
Web-video's (not avaiable yet)
Probably these video's are free, but since it's still not available in beta-testing, I can't say this for sure.
Drawbacks
- Nothing that I am aware of...
